Outstanding job. Thank you.

Mary helped make our of of state purchase stress free. She was always available and willing to help or answer any of our questions. Her local expertise was very important. She was such a pleasure to work with and we would use her again!

Mary was so fun to work with in helping us find our next home! She was always available to answer questions wether it was through texts or calls. We are grateful for everything she did to make this process easy. We love our new home, and Mary!

Mary Ohlhauser, is not only knowledgeable, but smart. she knows the properties and is helpful on every point of the sale! It also helps that she has a sunny personality - but she also is tactful on standing up for her client and I love that. Mary gets a 10 star rating fom us.

Mary was a delight to work with. She was very helpful, courteous and professional.

I found Mary's as I was I was searching everywhere for a house with land and a very nice large home on it. Mary found it and was able to negotiate with the seller in order to Get me the price that I was looking for. Mary went over and above her duties in securing the property for me and making everything pleasant and as easy as possible, I would definitely use Mary again as my agent in purchasing another home or property.

Mary is a gem! She became a friend not only a sales agent through this whole process, she took care of everything for us. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She was so kind and helpful and very honest! I would totally go through her again if l was to buy more property.

I would absolutely recommend Mary Ohlhauser for any real estate needs. This investment property was held by an out of state corporation, the transaction was a mess... for her ... for me was pretty stress free. The out of staters were a bear to deal with... for her. Again for me was stress free. I couldnt imagine how many emails that flew with this one, even my banker who was cc'd was suprised with her tact and ability to keep it on track dealing with multiple people in multiple states and over Christmas break non the less. Hit closing fine, everything worked out and I could tell she was glad to get the signatures and put this one past her. Mary handled it with grace and dignity. Will use her again! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Mary Ohlhauser did it again! Another home purchased from her. Wouldnt consider working with another firm or realtor. Mary took the stress out of the negotiations, the title work and the bank. Will continue to use her and you should too!
