Golly, this is my 3rd or 4th purchase with Mary Ohlhauser. This is for a duplex investment property. Mary was able to sort through the MLS and find a unit that met our needs. I am again impressed with her attention to detail with the offers and working with the sellers agent. Real Estate can be really stressful with the dollars at hand but Mary keeps it really easy and handles the stress so we dont have to!
