Mary is the hardest working most dedicated real estate agent I know. She is determined, positive and will fight any inevitable negative circumstances that always seem to arise during the process. If you want someone who will fight for your dreams regarding buying or selling a home, Mary Schrock is your agent!

Mary Schrock provided excellent service for us in the purchase of our new home. Her communication with us was spot on, she's friendly, low pressure, and she went above and beyond other agents we've worked with in the past. Mary did a fantastic job negotiating with the sellers, and was able to work around our hectic schedule. A month after closing, she's still checking in to see how we're coming along on renovations and offering to help in any way! Mary really put us at ease in what is typically a stressful process. We highly recommend Mary Schrock to be your realtor.

Mary did so much work behind the scenes so I would not have the stress of first time buying a home. She would help with any questions i needed along with helping keep my busy body of a 2 year old occupied when needing to sign paper work. There is no one else id want to help buy and find the perfect home for my family. I would recommend Mary to anyone who is looking to buy a home because not only will she give you a professional opinion but she will also gives her caring advice and makes you feel special.

I had spoke to Mary about things I should do to get myself ready for buying a home about a year prior, she sent me in the right direction and followed up with me on how the journey was going, and reached out to me when she saw a house she knew I would love, well I purchased that house last week with her by my side! My life changed last week and that has a lot to do with Mary, from listening to being my support I could not of asked for anything or anyone more, if you want someone to jump thru all the hoops with you Mary is the one! Thank you Mary for everything!!

Mary Schrock did a great job with extenuating circumstances of my purchase. She was polite and patient. She always "went to bat" for me and the purchase of this home. She handled outside contacts (bank, appraiser etc.) to the best of her ability to keep them on track, while maintaining a professional attitude. She did not allow even the smallest item go unattended. Mary is detail oriented, and had my best interest in mind. She went the extra mile with showing me the house multiple times to family and for measuring rooms etc. I will absolutely recommend her!

Mary Schrock has a great reputation that shows her character to be outstanding and her work ethic way above average. Total professional comes to mind when I considered contacting her. Mary Schrock was the reason the house sold so fast. Mary Schrock is a wonderful professional that I will use in the future and refer to all others.
