Mary Williams did a great job selling my parents house. She evaluated the house and property and formulated a comprehensive list of updates and repairs designed to maximize the sale price of the house. Her many years of experience as a Realtor meant that she had developed strong working relationships with the contractors needed for the updates and repairs. The refinished hardwood floors in the living/dining room(Mary's idea) were an outstanding feature that drew many compliments. Mary organized an open house with the interior/exterior of the house staged in an appealing manner. Needless to say, the house sold quickly at a higher price than I ever imagined ! Mary Williams had helped us since we were moving from Brazil to the US. She is very knowledgeable as far as real estate matters go.
