Maryann Corona

Maryann was absolutely amazing! She was always attentive and in touch with me. This was very important since we were buying in Florida and were in NY. She was extremely patient with me and my wife as we finally made our decision. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. We had questions and she had answers. We really don't think we could have done this purchase without her. Thank you Nonna!

Brenda and myself say Thank You. In an age of AI and "quick, quick, now - now" Maryann was able to convey to us in a language we could understand. Easy, to the point by explaining the in's and out's of these different and various community's and how Real Estate works. She brought to the table years of vast knowledge, a know-how and an aura of "I am here for YOU". With that starting point, Brenda and I met in the office at Century 21 Tenace. Visually seeing listings, virtual placements of furnitures and amentities. Even her co-workers popped their face in to say hello and commented, "You have the best one right there with Maryann". This brought a smile to our face and a level of relief where we could breathe and engage in the process. Maryann does that. It is a calm, stong vibe that permiates the room or situation. Either at an open house showing or her interactions with others in her field. Upon completetion of the closing, she followed up still offering her services. Call her and see.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Maryann to find my dream home close to the beach. Her integrity, knowledge and follow through go above and beyond. She was always available for any of my questions or concerns no matter what time of the day. He ability to understand our needs and her negotiation skills put us at ease. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful she is so I call her our angel. Don't think twice, call her 1st and you will understand what I'm talking about.
