I just by coincidence met Marybeth when scheduling a tour through Zillow and I couldn't have asked for better help from an agent. She was very considerate with all of my requirements when finding a home. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful when I had countless questions about the home buying process. There were never any issues or frustrations when working with Marybeth and made the purchase of my first home as smooth and I could've hoped for!

I contacted MaryBeth Hoopengarner fand she responded immediately. She was very responsive on getting our house on the morning tv show homes for sale and held several open houses. Marybeth was very in tuned to what my needs were and kept me posted on any views etc. She was extremely nice and friendly and very much on top of things. I would totally use her again with future sales and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Marsha Mitchell
