My wife and I met Marybeth by using Zillow and we are hands down supper happy with her work! She not only made sure to listen to everything we wanted and made sure to take everything we needed for our forever home and she was able to show us homes that checked most or all our boxes! Marybeth took everything my wife had in her heart and found us a forever home, not only did she listen but her work ethic was through the roof! She was willing to step away from her personal life and attend to us . We would not have been able to find our home with out her and will definitely recommend her!

She helped us through a really rough purchase with others not wanting to cooperate.

I appreciate how Mary Beth kept on top of all the aspects of obtaining my property for her uyers. I felt safe and very trustworthy of Mary Beth. Would highly recommend her.

Marybeth went above and beyound in helping us secure this home. Her persistance in making sure things went as smooth as possible for us was outstanding and very much apprappreciated. She was able to explain the process not only to us but to the sellers as well. The whole process was headache free for us.

Marybeth, I am very grateful that I contacted you to help me sell and buy a new home. You stood beside my husband and I during the whole process, and helped us achieve our goal to move from Mishawaka to Goshen. I would recommend you to anyone because I know that you will do anything to make sure your clients are satisfied. We appreciate you!

I told Marybeth Hoopengarner where I was looking to move. Knowing how fast the condos go, she called me as soon as she had one available. We went and looked at it and then she set me up with GVC so we could begin the process. I talked to her a few times through the process and she was helpful with any questions I had. It was very nice working with her. Now she is the realtor who will sell the house that I'm living in now.

Marybeth was great! She helped me all the way, even when my search was difficult! Great job, 10/10; 5 stars, was the best

Marybeth sold my previous home so when the time came to look for a home again she was the only realtor that came to mind. Marybeth is awesome to work with!!! She was always on top of everything! She was always kept me informed and updated on everything. If I had any questions along the way she either knew the answer or found out for me. Marybeth went above and beyond!!! I would highly recommend her to friends and family.

She was very good explaining the steps I needed to take. She was very polite and understanding of our needs and wants. She not only helped me out with the process, but above and beyond to reach out and get ahold of other parties so I don't have too. 10/10 satisfaction and highly recommend if you need a agent for your home buying process or if your trying to sell a home.
