Was extremely accommodating and willing to listen to all my wants, needs and concerns. Made the process as smooth as it possibly could be given all the unforeseen circumstances. Thank you!

My wife and I really appreciated Marybeth's good mix of professional and personal. She took time to understand our concerns and needs and put in the time and work necessary to help us get the answers or make the connections necessary for our next steps. She made the sale of our home and the closing very smooth. Thanks Marybeth!

Marybeth was always professional and made us feel she was personally invested in not only selling our property but in what was important to us and or needs. She was patient and had great follow through. When we are ready to buy, we will be contacting her if we stay in the area. She works for her clients first.

This was our second time working with Marybeth- she was a good communicator, and was always attentive to our needs. She is a wonderful realtor and person, and it was a pleasure working with her!

I am active duty navy, stationed in Washington State, when my wife and I got a referral to Marybeth from another realtor that we had been working with who worked out of Indianapolis. Given that my new duty station is South Bend-Mishawaka, Indiana, we needed someone who knew and worked in the local area. We would highly recommend Marybeth. By the time we got our loan pre-approval, I was in Pensacola, Florida for school, my wife was still in Washington and Marybeth in South Bend. However, this didn't deter Marybeth from working with us. She communicated perfectly with us on what time would work for showings, which she conducted on our schedule via video calls. She set up the listing portal quickly and even double checked the accuracy of the listing for the house we now have. She helped us every step of the way. We are very happy to have her as our realtor.

Marybeth was very diligent about keeping us updated on new listings. She made us feel welcome and answered all our questions not only about the listings but the entire area since we were moving from the West coast. She is professional as well as caring. Would recommend her without hesitation.

I had an excellent experience working with Marybeth to purchase my home in South Bend. I felt that she was on my side throughout the process and advocated for my needs. I never felt pushed or pressured but also valued the advice and input she gave throughout the home search process. When it came time to offer, she did a wonderful job helping with negotiations and understanding my bottom line and communicating it to the other side. She is very professional and personable!

We are very grateful for Marybeth and her outstanding service. She was readily available to us and kept great communication with us throughout our whole process. If you are looking for an agent that will exceed expectations, choose Marybeth!
