When I inherited this house, I was very overwhelmed to say the least. There was so much work to be done that I didn't know where to begin. Marybeth was with me every step of the way. She helped me figure out what each step should be, almost like she held my hand every step of the way. She gave me contact names, and offered to call people for me. She even offered to help us paint and clean up. Marybeth was so very patient and kind during this process. She listed the house, and within 24 hours we had an offer.
