Marybeth has handled several transactions for me in the past 5 years. I called one person, Marybeth. I hired her not the Broker. Marybeth was very patient and helpful when helping me find my first apartment almost ten years ago, so my family felt that she was the natural choice when it came to finding my first condo. Marybeth is the ultimate professional. My situation was very complicated. It took close to two years to sell my home. I feel that most Realtors would have walked away. There was an Realtor Master assigned by the court to oversee the sale of the home. He was not very helpful at times but Marybeth stayed patient and walked him through the process. Many times doing his job. I am so very grateful to Marybeth. It was a stressful time for me but she continued to talk me and give my faith.
