I can't imagine trying to get everything done in the timely manner that we were able to with Maryellen's help. There's no one that knows the area better or who could better take care of you while navigating all of the considerations there are while buying a home. She was there for us day and night throughout the process It was my first time, so a lot of this was new to me, but I was really happy with all of the help that Maryellen gave in getting us up to speed and helping us navigate all of the unknowns.

I can't imagine how Maryellen Mitchell could have done a better job. Our house was not an easy sell. It was big, needed many improvements, and there were no relevant comps. Plus it came on the market right as things were starting to go soft. But Maryellen priced it right, marketed the hell out it, conducted a consumate open house, and obtained 4 bids all over the asking price. Maryellen went above and beyond to be available to us and make sure we had all the information we needed. Maryellen was extremely nice and accommodating to our needs and wants. Maryellen was there when we needed her. Always answered the phone and any question we had. Her communication skills are excellent. It is very evident that she cares about her clients and wants to make them happy and comfortable with their decision on buying.
