Matt Cronrath

When we decided to sell our house, we knew it would be tough in today's market. Matt reassured us constantly to stay patient and that it would happen. Shockingly it did sell and I truly believe it was because of Matt's efforts. I would give him a 10/10. I was shocked that the day of the signing he was there. It just reaffirmed that we made the correct decision, having Matt as our agent.

We've worked with Matt for nearly 16 years. He has sold three homes for us, including one estate sale, and helped us purchase one. Our recent home sale with Matt Cronrath was an exceptional experience from start to finish. His professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were initially hesitant about selling at a higher price, but Matt took the time to explain the market, showing us what similar homes with acreage near town were going for. We trusted his expertise, and the house sold within one week. We truly appreciate Matt and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
