Matt's web of knowledge of the South Bend community is the gift that never stopped giving. More importantly, he was absolutely impeccable in thoroughness, in answering a nervous first time buyer's many questions, and always available over text and email for any question, no matter how big or small. Lastly, Matt has just about the friendliest, most cheerful demeanor!
