He took the time to understand our expectations, was quick to recommend companies to do the work we needed done, and was knowledgeable about the current market and what to prioritize when getting our house ready to list. He was quick to communicate showing requests and offers, he helped break down the offer details so we could easily understand them, and he gave good advice when we were considering which offer to accept. Our house sold more quickly than we imagined it would, and we will definitely be contacting Matt first if we move again in the future!
