Matt helped me buy multiple properties. It always helps me get the best property and at the best price. An excellent agent. I recommend it

Matt worked hard to sell a difficult piece of vacant property that was probably overpriced by the seller(me). He provided numerous leads and finally found a suitable buyer. It took longer than anticipated but he kept working, communicating, and provided excellent support for issues that came up over time. His local knowledge made a huge difference (!)

Matt Rittof met with us initially and guided us through the selling process and came up with a good selling price. I had a small plumbing and HVAC issue and Matt found local vendors to fix my problems. He made sure everything was completed correctly. Right before closing I had some items in my garage that needed to be removed. I was going to come down and do it but Matt said he could do it for me.Throughout the entire process Matt kept us updated. Matt really did go above and beyond in the sale of my home. Matt is a reliable, friendly, intelligent Realtor that I would recommend to anyone.

We have known Matt for many years and used his services finding a rental, selling an investment property, purchasing a property and finally selling our property. Matt is a great agent with outstanding knowledge of the area and amazing connections within the community. I could not think of another agent I would have rather used.

The office staff were all so efficient and professional. I always felt like I mattered and they were in this sale for me and my best interests. I appreciate that no task was ever to big or to small. Everyone made what could of been a very stressful situation move so smoothly! Thanks to all at the Century 21 Affliated office.

We've worked with Josie Wissinger and had favorable experiences. She gave us Matt and they did a wonderful jobe, quickly and thoroughly. We did this pretty much remotely (from Charlotte, NC) without a hitch. We have a lot of experience buying and selleing and moving with at least 25 transactions under our belts. This was a good transaction. It's not the firm, it's the agent that makes the difference for us!
