Within a week of listing, Matt presented us multiple, non-contingent offers for our property one of which we accepted.We closed about one month later. Closing went very smoothly. We are completely satisfied with our selection of Matt Robertson to market and sell our property and would highly recommend him for real estate contracts in the Greater Lansing, Michigan area.
