Matt Suddarth

Matt Suddarth saw the potential in our home, with the right improvements, better than we did. With his outstanding guidance in preparing it and pricing it right, we accepted an offer within two days of listing. He was excellent in the brief negotiations that followed inspection. His integrity and resourcefulness helped achieve results that were satisfying to both sides. Once we had everything in place with his help, it was amazing how smoothly things went.

It was great working with Matt Suddarth! It never felt like a client/customer relationship and it felt more like I was getting advice and help from a friend. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process which was important to me as a first time buyer. He is very trustworthy and knowledgeable about what he does, so I could not be happier about my house and how the whole process went. I would highly recommend him!!

This was my first time purchasing a home and I was glad to have Matt to help me through the process. From the time of our first call forward he was very patient and thorough and took the time to get to know what I was looking for as well as offer guidance and additional considerations. He also pointed me in the direction of a great lendor which was critical for navigating the mortgage application/approval process and keeping a handle on closing costs. Buying a house is inherently stressful, so having an agent you can trust is invaluable. I appreciated that Matt made himself available to answer questions, offer support and be sure I understood various parts of the process without ever being pushy. I throughly enjoyed working with Matt and would recommend him highly!
