Matt was extremely helpful during the inspection of my home, making sure we had everything we noticed while looking at the house thoroughly addressed and reported by the inspector. Matt then used all of the information to negotiate the repairing of any problems, or otherwise compensated in the purchase price. We got the house for way under asking price!
