Matthew McKenna was a fantastic realtor. He was always there to answer my questions and keep me informed of how things were going. Matt always picked up the phone when I called or called me back soon after my phone call. I would recommend him to my family, friends and clients.
Matt called me after a previous sale agreement fell through, we fired our previous agents, and took the house off the market. I was skeptical about being cold-called, but I thought it was a sign of pro-activeness, and decided to interview Matt along with other agents. Matt gave a good presentation about his plan for how to sell our house and communicate with us about what was going on. He also stood out from the other agents by volunteering performance statistics, offering us a contract with a one-day commitment, and convincing us that he and his team would be doing a lot of work. With our last agents it took us eight months to get an offer. After we switched to Matt McKenna we had an offer in ten days. Our last agents messed up the negotiations, and we lost the deal. Matt got us a sale at a better price, and took care of all the details we couldn't do from out of town. Matt McKenna and his team gave us a solid sales plan, a no risk contract, followed through with a lot of hard work, and kept us informed the whole time. I wish we had found him a year ago.

Matt called as soon as our listing was released (from previous broker) and I liked his hustle and immediate attention to our needs. It would have been helpful to know the house needed a serious cleaning and to make things look better for photos and the first months on the market. My in laws made an 8-hour drive to take care of these things but we lost precious time during the initial selling season last year. Overall, we are very pleased with Matt. It was exceptionally challenging selling a house from across the country and Matt made extra efforts to handle things in our stead. Much of our frustration stemmed from a weak housing market and lots of inventory in our neighborhood and this does not have anything to do with Matt. He rocks!
