Matthew Pride

Matt did a wonderful job for me. Buying and selling a house is probably one of the most stressful experiences to go through. Wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. Anyone should feel comfortable working with Matt. I feel Matt was not only my agent but also was a good friend. I would highly recommend Matt in the selling or buying of a property. Thank you 👍

Rockstar! I don't know this could have gone better, especially with me not living in the same part of Oregon as the house. Matt went above and beyond and was very personable and communicative throughout. So easy to make this recommendation. Thanks Matt!

We purchased our home using a VA loan, and Matt Pride was outstanding. He really knew the ins and outs of VA requirements and guided us through the process with confidence. Matt’s deep knowledge of the local market gave us an edge—he helped us understand what was realistic, spotted opportunities quickly, and put together a smart strategy. When it came to negotiating, he worked hard to protect our interests and made sure we came out ahead. Communication was clear and consistent, and he was always available when we needed him. Matt is easy to work with, knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile—we highly recommend him.
