Matt is extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He's to the point but well versed in explaining his knowledge and his experiences he's had to a layman's like myself. Matt is punctual and always following up, so I felt as if I was his only client even though I know I wasn't. It was a joy and pleasure to work with Matt.

Best decision I’ve ever made!! We took a shot at a property that we’ve been watching all summer. He not only got us into our dream home, but sold our house for over asking.
