Mauricio did an amazing job and moved quickly to ensure we got the property we wanted. Mauricio went over and above in working for us and we are very happy with his service. We strongly recommend Mauricio.

He was very friendly and very helpful with all the issues

Dealing with Mauricio right from the beginning was beyond satisfying. His knowledge and expertise in this industry is unrivalled. Not only was he extremely patient but he made sure to always be available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Mauricio has the drive and passion as if my interests were his. His negotiating skills are astonishing. He made the transaction effortless and smooth. I would not hesitate to recommend Mauricio to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for helping us find our home!

From start to finish Mauricio was very professional and so accommodating. His knowledge in the Edmonton real estate market was incredible. It’s been 25 years since my last purchase and with technology things have changes a lot but he was with me every step of the way. Every question was not only answered but he made sure I understood as well. Would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a house!! Sam

Mauricio always took the time to help me with all of my questions. He found the perfect condo for me, and didn't try to sell me one I didn't really want. I gave him my criteria and he did so awesome at finding me the condo in a perfect location. He also answered so many questions and dug to find all the answers. I would recommend him to anyone

We started looking for a home in June 2020 and finally purchased in September 2021. As buying a home is no small task, you should never feel any pressure purchasing an investment that you'll be paying off for a very (x4) long time. We felt extremely grateful to have met Mauricio. He never made us feel pressed in any situation. The list of what we needed in a home was LONG and our budget was short. Both my partner and I work from home, plus space for our daughter & our 3 large dogs (+1 more we watch partly) & space for puppies as we are part time dog breeders. In the 1.5 years we searched, maybe only 7-8 homes were suitable within our price range. Every time we put an offer in, I would ask Mauricio for his best advice. He was great at reading a situation and in negotiating a fair price for us. Luckily, the first 2 homes we placed offers (that was accepted), fell through, because in the end we landed on the exact home/property we needed & well within our price range. There were many times I thought every property was suitable, and Mauricio continued to push us to be patient, as the perfect property will eventually appear and he was right! So thankful to have met Mauricio, as he and his wife will be invited to many dinner parties in the future.

Mauricio is a great agent that focuses on the needs of the me as a seller. He made recommendations on a selling plan and advertising strategy for my house based on his professional knowledge and experience, but he also listened carefully to my feedback on the plan and worked with me in having something created that actually worked for me. Mauricio is very respectful and communicates very well during the entire selling process. I felt well taken care of and it was a great experience overall working with him together on this. Very happy with the results and satisfied with my choice of having him as my agent. I will definitely recommend Mauricio to anyone without hesitation. Thank you again for everything, Mauricio!

Our experience with Mauricio Niemeyer was wonderful. He is clearly very knowledgeable about his work and the city, and he was able to explain the process to us clearly. We were taken with his passion for finding us the home we wanted, at a good price. We always felt comfortable reaching out to him with questions, and he was prompt with his replies. We really appreciated his level of professionalism while still being a kind, friendly person to spend time with. He made the process very comfortable overall, even with last-minute glitches. We would not hesitate to strongly recommend Mauricio to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When life throws you a curveball call Mauricio! Due to a change in careers we needed to sell our house two years after buying it. Mauricio helped us get an incredible price for our home and sold it in 3 days! He was with us every step of the way and extremely patient through challenging negotiations. He never settled and as a result we got list price. Needless to say he is an amazing realtor! Every agency needs a Mauricio!
