I think real estate agents much like car salesmen get a bad rep for being dishonest but this could not be farther from the truth with Mauricio. I had been looking for a place for months and really got to know what type of person he is and am very impressed. I had my first offer go sideways due to unsatisfactory condo documents after Mauricio had worked hard on the deal. He was very understanding of my decision to pull out even though he had worked hard during the negotiations which really won me over. He not only understands the needs of his clients but works hard to find the best solution to whatever situation arises while keeping a great attitude. I had worked with Mauricio previously to purchase our home and it was an incredible experience. When it came time to sell my condo there was no question that I wanted to work with him again. Mauricio is trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable and extremely patient. He also ultimately let me set the price (with guidance from him of course!). With his marketing/ advertising my condo sold in record time -5 days! There were units on the market long before mine and long after -and at much lower prices! Mauricio negotiated an extremely fair price in a very challenging market, and got the possession date moved up saving me even more money! I would recommend his services when buying or selling.
