You did a great job for us, Mauricio!

Mauricio is an excellent representative committed to putting in effort for my individual needs. He was a key resource throughout the process.

Mauricio is really meant to be our real state agent. He is very helpful and make you feel like a family. He is very easy to contact and help us arranged some of the house viewing even if we gave him short notice. He also help us to deal with the price that would benefit us. Mauricio also help us with everthing step by step, as a first time home buyer it is very stressful and confusing but he always make it easy for us to understand all the steps. I would highly recommend Mauricio to my family and friends for his professional and outstanding service to me and my family on finding our first Home.

Mauricio Niemeyer was very helpful and made our experience of buying a new home stress free. Very resourceful in finding us the perfect home within our budget. 10/10 would recommend.

Mauricio came highly recommended by two friends who had purchased homes with him in the last 3 years. They had nothing but amazing things to say. Now that we've purchased a home with Mauricio, we have nothing but amazing things to say!! Imagine your protective older sibling, best friend and an incredibly knowledgeable real estate professional all rolled into one. That is Mauricio. He was incredibly patient as we looked for homes, and never let us settle. He got us the best possible deal. Even when we were ready to agree he negotiated something better. We are so happy in our new home, and that is all thanks to Mauricio. We would recommend his services without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! We will definitely be working with Mauricio again in the future. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!
