Mauricio was awesome to work with! He is friendly, patient, and approachable. All our questions were answered in a timely manner and he made the whole process a lot less stressful for us. Everything was thoroughly explained to us step-by-step along the way so we weren't feeling too overwhelmed. We were updated regularly by Mauracio about the progress of things so we never felt out of the loop. He was also acommodating to us when it came to setting up times for showings, especially as we are new parents. He sold our place fairly quickly for a fair price and he negotiated a good deal for our new home. Our family is super happy with the outcome.
