Mauricio was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and attentive. He answered any questions we had. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mauricio was assigned to us by someone at Liv Real Estate after receiving our request to view some properties listed on their website. Mauricio was recommended as knowing the area well and so was deemed suitable to show us the properties. We feel truly fortunate that Mauricio turned out to have numerous admirable and valuable qualities and talents besides knowing the area well. He was extremely friendly and put us at our ease right away. He seems to have a great talent for subtly figuring out what the client is looking for, perhaps even before the client knows what he or she wants. Mauricio is a talented negotiator, but never comes across as "sleazy" or duplicitous. He knows the real estate industry well and that time is of the essence and so proceeds with negotiations and paperwork as expeditiously as possible. We always felt comfortable with Mauricio and never felt pressured in any way. He was always prompt and forthright in answering questions. Mauricio managed to make us feel like friends while remaining the consummate professional. He made the daunting task of buying real estate proceed as smoothly as we could possibly have foreseen. Mauricio always made time for us, whether to show us properties, collect and deliver deposit cheques, answer questions, or attend the home inspection. Mauricio is, simply put, a great person. He is exceptionally good at his job and has the enviable talent of interacting smoothly with all types of people. He put us at our ease at once and we never doubted him for a moment. This experience - buying our first home - could have been extremely stressful and wearisome. Although we couldn't avoid stress entirely (it's a pretty big deal, after all), Mauricio made the whole thing much easier and more pleasant than we ever could have expected.
