Megan is amazing at what she does. From finding houses perfect for us to talking us through negotiations, she was an amazing provider of resources and guidance. I heartily recommend her services to anyone buying or selling their home.

Megan helped us find a retirement home that is Just Right! We moved from out of state to be near grandkids and we appreciated Megan's trustworthy knowledge of South Bend /Mishawaka. The process from beginning to end was seamless and enjoyable. We are delighted with our beautiful new home and very grateful for Megan's professional expertise!

Megan is an absolute joy. It felt more like working with a friend than with a realtor. She is a fantastic communicator, was lovely with my kids, and had so much knowledge about the area and market. The best part about Megan is her willingness to say, "I don't think this is the one." She cared more about us getting THE house than us getting A house. It sincerely felt like she cared more about finding us the perfect home than her getting a paycheck. As long as I'm in South Bend, I will never use another realtor. She's amazing and we couldn't be happier!

We were buying from out-of-town, and Megan Bilderback made what could have been a stressful remote process very seamless. When last-minute closing hurdles popped up due to other parties, she handled them with incredible professionalism and stayed dedicated to our timeline. Her network of contractors and service providers is top-tier; as buyers looking at homes needing cosmetic updates, having her trusted recommendations was key. Thanks Megan!

Megan helped us buy this property and sell it. She is extremely knowledgeable, savvy, and attentive to her clients. She handles hiccups and addresses any concerns promptly. It's been a pleasure working with and knowing her and her family, and she treats you like a friend, not a client.

Megan was knowledgeable and easy to work with. She responded quickly to any questions and helped relieve the stressful situation of selling my mom and dad's lifetime home after the passing of my dad. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone that is looking for a devoted and caring agent!

I bought my house with Megan five years ago at the beginning of my time as a PhD student , and just sold it in preparation for my move to a new academic job! Megan has always been extremely responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. She was patient and helpful in answering every question I had, no matter how big or small, both as a first time buyer and now as a first time seller. Her knowledge of the business and of the local market is so thorough and valuable. I'd absoluetly recommend her to any friend looking to buy or sell in the area (in fact, I already have!) for her wealth of expertise, fair but strong negotiation, and prompt communication.

I have worked with approximately 15 realtors in my life. Megan consistently is the best realtor, I have worked with in the real estate business. What a pleasure working with a competent realtor like Megan Bilderback!
