Megan Bilderback is an absolute joy to work with. When our family moved to South Bend for graduate school at Notre Dame, Megan helped us find the perfect neighborhood and home for our two-year stay in Indiana. At the end of those two years, she helped us sell our home in a totally pain-free process. As first-time home buyers and sellers, we were very fortunate to work with Megan. She guided us through the process with sage advice, helpful recommendations, and excellent insight. We would highly recommend Megan to any friends and family.

Megan was wonderful. We are so glad we chose to work with her. She helped us navigate both the purchase and the selling of our home. She was knowledgeable, helpful and was always ready with information when we had a question. We highly recommend working with her.

A friend referred Megan to me because they were working with her and really enjoyed her. They knew I would enjoy her as well, and I completely agree. Megan was fantastic to work with, very professional and knowledgable! Megan helped me navigate buying my first house from start to finish. She was great during the rapidly changing circumstances due to COVID-19.

Megan was irreplaceable during our buying and selling process. She sold our house in one day and found us a new one before it was listed.
