Megan not only aided us in buying our first home, she passed on to us her love and knowledge of South Bend so that we became homeowners who were informed and more in touch with the city we lived in. There was no part of the homebuying process where we felt lost or abandoned. It was truly an enjoyable and exciting experience and so much of the fun was facilitated by Megan's advocacy and hard work.

Great job!

Megan was great! Her communications were clear and quick, she broke down everything to be easily understood and walked us through each step. She’s also patient and understanding and our house sold fast for a better price than we could have imagined. I would recommend her to anyone in the area!

We had a wonderful experience with Megan. She is a dedicated and hardworking individual. Megan is incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. We would trust Megan to find us our dream home, sight unseen. I have recommended Megan and will recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell a home in St. Joseph's County.

Megan was the first person I met in South Bend and she was so friendly. She was knowledgeable about the area and was so great. It was fun!
