The puchasing of our new house was smooth and easy. The selling of our old townhome was smooth as well. It was great that we received so many offers, and Megan and her team were there to help us decide what offer was best. I always tell my friends if they're ever looking to sell or buy a house, call Megan!

Megan and her team came recommended from a realtor friend when I was moving out of state. I’m absolutely elated that she did! Though familiar with the DSM area, relocating to a new city (as a first-time home owner!) is intimidating and they went above and beyond. My spouse and I worked most closely with Tom and he made sure we had all the info about each of the~20 properties we saw, talked through pros and cons and really helped us home in on what was the “right” house for us. He pointed out things about properties and gave us considerations that hadn’t occurred to us too. He guided us through a lightning fast offer and basically held our hand the entire time. When we had to negotiate with the sellers to get some work on the property done prior to closing, he was on top of it. It meant so much to have a trusted expert on the ground managing that. We would have been lost otherwise. So many gold stars to Tom and Megan and team- I would work with them again in a heartbeat!!

Oh my gosh, where do I begin?! My husband and I were referred to Megan by friends that worked with her in the past on both buying and selling their homes. Choosing Megan and her team (Tom and Nichole) was hands-down the best decision! Being first-time home buyers seemed so stressful before talking with Megan. Megan and her team (Nichole and Tom) were wonderful to work with. Megan took her time working with us to find out what our needs were. She set up video tours of homes and in person tours. When we flew into Iowa from New Mexico, we were able to view 9 homes on Monday, pick our favorite, make an offer that Megan prepared, and the offer was accepted, all in one day. It was an amazing experience. We were in a time crunch and they were able to meet our needs! Nichole Johnson was able to help with video tours of homes and she was great. When emailing with her she was extremely helpful and responsive. Tom Stender-Custer was able to take us in person on some tours of the homes as well and he was extremely easy and comfortable to talk to. He was informative and made us feel at home right away.
