Megan is simply the best realtor there is! I puchased a house out of Megan's area, which had been my only experience, and left me with a very bitter taste. Then along comes Megan to help me sell a house in Santa Maria. She did a zoom call with me to go over all the paperwork! This may not seem like that big of a deal, but it was a major impact, as my realtor didn't do that when I was buying a house. Megan went through every step with me and went what I felt was above and beyond but come to find out, that's how she does things. Simply amazing!
