I was nervous about selling my home but Megan Shultz made the process seamless for me. She's driven, knowledgeable, and organized--she easily explained anything I didn't understand, was always ready to go to bat for me, and went above and beyond in making this as smooth as possible. On the few instances where she wasn't sure about something, she was back the same day with answers. When I was unsure about how much to list my home for, Megan arrived with coffee, donuts, and a folder containing all her research and advice. With her knowledge, I was able to turn a great profit that was also fair for the buyer. It was a relief knowing I was in such good hands and I'll only be going to Megan for all of my real estate needs!

Megan was great to work with. She set up many different houses and had a good understanding of what I was looking for after the first day of hunting. From there, we saw different houses, and she shared some good insights. Once the offer was made, she was great with communication and with follow through.

Megan Shultz was amazing with our first time home buying process. Especially in the market we had to look in, and only had a short time to find a home. With homes being sold 12 hours after being put on the market, she was always ready to show us a house the day it went on sale, and if she couldn't, she had someone who could. She was always ready to answer any questions we had at any time, even if she had already answered them earlier and I couldn't remember the answer. She went above and beyond, figuring out answers to questions we had that weren't even in her job description, like financing and inspection. I can't say enough good things about Megan Shultz. She was a wonderful realtor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Megan was great to work with. She is new to real estate but was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She would be honest and let me know if she didn't know the answer but she would use her resources to find out and get me a answer in a timely fashion. Thanks for all your help megan

Megan Shultz was great at coming up with a plan to show us houses. She was very good about having information on the houses available and sending us links for houses that fit our criteria and budget. Once we had decided on a house, Megan was always available to help us through our difficult purchase. Megan did a good job explaining everything and going over the next steps so that we knew what we were looking at and what we needed to do on our end. Megan made it her mission to get information in a timely manner and was very determined in getting the right house for us. She showed a lot of patience during the purchasing process when we were having difficulty getting the seller to make needed repairs in a timely manner. Megan always put our interests first and did a lot of follow up to make sure we would close on the house and move in when we needed to.
