This was a property owned by my Dad's late cousin who died very unexpectedly. We live in Pennsylvania. We expected selling a condo out of state to be a very difficult experience, but Megan confidently took it all in stride. She made us comfortable from day one and made the experience painless and as easy as possible! The condo was PACKED to the ceiling with what most people would consider eccentric (or crap!) Megan worked incredibly hard emptying the condo and organizing all of the work to prep it for sale. She handled every detail quickly and efficiently and always kept us in the loop.
