Melanie Maitre

As a retired career military family, we have relocated frequently and worked with many fine realtors in buying and selling homes along the way. We recently had the pleasure of working with Melanie and found she was “hands down” the best! Her marketing efforts were truly impressive and the open house events she hosted were well attended – resulting in two formal offers (one at full asking price) within a matter of days after the listing went live. Her advice and communication were excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better selling experience.

From day 1 of meeting Melanie we knew we had the perfect person to help us in our search for investment properties in Bend. She was more than willing to explore various areas and housing options with us and she went above and beyond in helping us find exactly what we wanted. Buying a home can be stressful and challenging at times but we knew we would be ok as Melanie kept us updated throughout each stage of the process. She was also extremely helpful in connecting us with various people and businesses in the area to get work done once we had purchased our properties. We will definitely be working with her again in the near future when we get ready to move up to Bend.

Melanie is such an amazing person and resource! We moved from out of state so it was critical we had someone with lots of local knowledge to help us land in a great spot. She exceeded our expectations by far and we'll definitely use her again on our next purchase/sale.
