Melanie Mapes

I wish I could put into words what melanie has been for our family. Melanie has walked beside us through the hardest of times holding out hands and bringing a positive light with her. I will never forget melanie or the care she showed with us. We both bought and sold a property. Both transactions were seamless because of melanie and then we had a fire on the house we bought and when it came time to sell she did everything in her power to accommodate us and OUR needs!!!! Love Melanie. Love Century 21. If we ever sell this dream house we bought i would only use Melanie. If anyone i know needs a realtor. I will only refer Melanie, or someone from century 21. Thank you

We had an excellent experience working with Melanie. She listened to us, never pressured us into making a decision we weren't comfortable with, and was always honest with us. She was thorough in everything she did, updating us as we went along. As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn, and she did an incredible job guiding us through the entire process. She took the time to educate us, answer our many questions, and explain each step so we always understood what was happening and what to expect. We never felt rushed or like any question was too small, and her guidance gave us confidence to make informed decisions. She's the absolute best!
