Melesa did a great job for us. She handled things quickly and efficiently, and was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

OK

Working with Melesa Hudson was truly a pleasure! Moving from out of state we needed advice, recommendations, and most of all patience while we got to know the different areas (as well as what we truly wanted in a new home).. and Melesa went above and beyond with all of those needs. She helped us through some learning experiences through the beginning of our search, while also paying attention to what we wanted and found us the perfect home. Once under contract Melesa continued to help us understand the decisions we were making during every step of the process. We would highly recommend Melesa to anyone looking to purchase a new home!

Melesa's quick response to our inquiries and initial information she provided about the neighborhoods we were interested in helped us be confident in choosing her as our agent. Melesa was so helpful throughout each aspect of the home buying process! She was quick to get back to us with answers to our questions and extremely helpful in navigating the sometimes complicated process of submitting competitive offers and waiting to hear back from sellers. Melesa was the best realtor we could ask for during our move to Houston! She came alongside us when we were having some frustrations getting started with submitting an offer for a house we loved, and walked us through every aspect of the process in a professional and understanding way. We ultimately ended up purchasing a different house from a listing she sent us, and it was perfect in every way- it really made us feel like she was listening to both what we wanted and what we needed needed in a home for our family. We had a wonderful experience with Melesa and would recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for a home.

Did an amazing job communicating with us as well as working out everything with the landlord. Made the process of finding a place stress-free and easy. Was the BEST experience.

Melesa was the absolute best realtor we could have had! She was always so willing to help guide us and listen to what things were important to us in finding the perfect home. Melesa goes above and beyond for her clients and we had complete trust in her and her market knowledge throughout the process. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family!

Melesa Hudson was a total rockstar to work with. Her dedication to finding her clients a home is unmatched. The night we saw our current home on HAR (around 9:00 pm), Melesa dropped everything to get in touch with who she needed, and to get us the information we needed. The very next morning we were out at the property checking it out - that goes to show how quick she is, which is super crucial in this market. Throughout the entire process, she was timely, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to helping us find our first place to call "home". I recommend Melesa to any and everyone who is on the search for a new place to call home. She will not let you down!
