Melissa Butcher

Melissa was very responsive to any texts or emails. She is professional, honest and hardworking. We trust her explicitly. Our sale had several twists near the end due to being a contingency. Melissa kept us in the loop the entire time.

Never had an experience go so smooth. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, would recommend her. To anyone?

Melissa did a great job especially considering the load she took on for the seller's agent. She also does a great job of virtual showing and assessment of properties as I'm out of the state and unable to do in-person. I depend on her knowledge of the area for determining resell values and trade contacts for renovations. I use her for both my buyer's agent and listing agent.
