She was amazing, knowledgeable, and listened to our needs. She also came from a military background which helped us relate to one another. Melissa and her team handled everything very professionally and respectfully, even though I accidentally ran over the yard sign and broke it. We love Melissa. She did a great job keeping us updated and aware of what was going on.
