Melissa is very responsive and never left me hanging.

Melissa was a huge help when finding our new home. She is punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. As first time home buyers, I’m so glad she was there to answer any questions regardless of how silly we felt. We are very thankful to have worked with her.

Working with Melissa Flint was such a smooth and easy process. She had our backs and kept us level headed throughout the whole process. Would recommend her to any friends and family looking for a realtor. Her lovely smile and reassuring attitude made even the most stressful parts seem like a breeze.

Loved working with Melissa! Almost wish we would have had to look at more homes with her because she was such a great lady to work with. She was punctual and always got back to us quickly. She made communication between us and the sellers easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Melissa took the time to understand our questions about the area and find the answers for us (if she didnt know). She was able to recommend several local companies for consideration and in many cases helped us with some of the leg work. Melissa is extremely approachable and very friendly. Fairly confident our home purchase never would have gotten over the finish line with any other agent!

Melissa was very comfortable to work with. When questions arose, she promptly called to resolve any problems. She worked continuously throughout the process with professionalism and ease. Having worked with previous realtors through the years, not everyone has the dedication that Melissa shows.

Melissa gets an A+. As an investor having the right agent is key. I look forward to buying more properties in the Anchorage area with Melissa.

Melissa was/has been a great help to my fiance and I! Very friendly and easy to work with. She kept us updated on the whole process and was very knowledgable which was very helpful as first time home buyers. 10/10 would recommend to any friends or family. Thanks Melissa!!
