Melissa truly stands out as a wonderful professional. She was incredibly patient and went the extra mile to help me purchase another home before the Konrad Drive house even hit the market. I absolutely plan to continue working with her and her team in the future!

I strongly recommend Melissa to anyone moving to Alaska and to all military folks looking to buy or sell. Melissa is very knowledgeable and your property will be in good hands. Tier one realtor!

We hired Melissa for the sale of my grandmothers home, a lot of deferred maintenance and sensitivity to the sale requiring a tactful eye. She was kind, patient with my grandmother who just adored her, and related to us on several levels. I appreciate her honesty with the home and assistance with developing a plan to sell it quickly. Had the home sold with a good deal in under 3 weeks! Very happy with her services and would recommend her to anyone looking in the Eagle River/Anchorage areas.

Melissa was very helpful in navigating the sell of my Mother's home. She arranged for excellent photography and video and staged the house nicely. Melissa was easy to talk to about the pricing and the costs of selling the home. We went on the market late in the year and had trouble closing, and Melissa helped me stay the course. She kept me up to date at every step and responded quickly to texts and calls.
