After years of planning our move back to Alaska, we were fortunate to have Melissa Flint by our side as our realtor and friend. With our long list of wants, needs, and considerations, we knew the search wouldn't be easy. But Melissa exceeded all our expectations by finding us the most perfect home! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. Melissa kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and we are so grateful for her expertise in making our dream a reality. Will recommend Melissa to everyone, buying or selling!

Melissa Flint is a pro. Her positive attitude and knowlege of the area as well as business side of Real Estate are of a top performer. She payed attantion to our needs and did a lot of work before we got there from California. Setting up a portal and sending reports ahead made it super easy to make a decision to write an offer on a property we were keeping eye on. Melissa helped us write a competitive offer. We were able to close escrow withis 22 days. Melissa connected us with her trusted vendors which are wonderful. Melissa Flint is our family Realtor for life.

Melissa made our home selling experience quick and simple. We sold our home after moving to Kenai from Anchorage and because of Melissa's professionalism, attentiveness and communication skills we got our home ready to go on the market by doing the right things to showcase our home. Needless to say we are thrilled, we got a full price offer within one week of listing and closed within one month of offer. If I could provide a rating higher than excellent it would be AMAZING. Thank you Melissa, it was our pleasure working with you!!

Working with Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She was referred to me by my previous realtor who helped me buy my house a few years ago. Melissa understood that I liked to be involved and updated constantly about what was happening in the process and what the next steps would be. I woud highly recommend her for both buyers and sellers.

Melissa Flint was wonderful to work with. She stay in touch with us through the entire process and was so reasuring and encouraging when things got difficult. She definitely had our best interest at heart. We highly recommend her!!

Melissa was so attentive to details. When I overlooked obvious items, she was there to slow me down. SHe is so kind and sincerely caring about my needs and wants, I do belive that she and I will remain frinds beyond the SOLD sign!

Melissa Flint went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. When we contacted her, she was the most positive, friendly & professional individual. She instantly made us feel as if we had known her for years. Since we were purchasing from out of state, she set up virtual tours for us without any hesitation. Melissa was more than a relator to us, she became a friend. We could text her at all hours and she would always reply and provide us the information we requested or would go get the information to provide to us. She even got down into the crawl space of the house while on a facetime with us to show repairs made during our final walkthough. Usually you hear that buying a home is one of the more stressful times of your lives but this experience (thanks to Melissa) has been the LEAST stressful thing we have done and was actually a lot of fun! If anyone is looking for the best agent possible for their next home purchase, I strongly recommend Melissa Flint for the job!! :)

Melissa was incredibly patient with us. There was no pressure and she was understanding of events during the course of the contract. She always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. She treated us with absolute respect.

Melissa came highly recommended by a friend of ours and definitely lived up to expectations. Easy to work with, knowledgeable, always willing to make phone calls or send emails to get answers to any questions we had and making sure the process was moving along and everybody knew what was needed to complete our home purchase. She's also been available multiple times since closing to answer questions and get us information to help us settle in our new town. We highly recommend Melissa if you're looking for a great realtor who might even become a new friend.
