We had the best experience buying our home with Melissa! She was so good at her job and always available to help us out whenever we needed.

Melissa is fantastic in every way. I've purchased 3 properties from her and we're looking for more!

Melissa provided a solid sales experience. I started prepping the house in June 2022 for sale and we knew it would take a while. The market was much different when the house was placed for sale in July 2023. As well as many changes that I experienced. Melissa was very supportive all during this time.

She is simply the best!!!

Melissa was contacted to be a neutral broker for both sellers and buyers on land. We were very comfortable as the buyers that she was just as supportive and helpful to us as she was the with the sellers. We hoped this cash deal would be quick and easy. With Melissa it was quicker and easier than we ever expected!

Melissa was very approachable but still professional. As we got to know her and her style of communication, I really came to appreciate her friendly manner. She was quick to track down and pass along important information on properties we were interested in, which helped us make decisions and move more quickly in this fast-moving market!

This was the perfect sale. No major glitches, everyone on the same page, excellent communication.

Melissa is very communicative and friendly. She stays on top of the buying and selling process and keeps things moving efficiently. She even took on extra tasks beyond her normal job description such as assisting me with filing a claim when the moving company broke a wall sconce. I would highly recommend her to all family and friends!
