Melissa Gutierrez is a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent and a super kind person to boot. Her professionalism, kindness, and compassion made a stressful situation less stressful. I would happily and confidently use her again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

Ms. Melissa Guitierrez is professional and personable. A combination that helped meet all my needs and made the entire process smooth. There were two glitches by others, and she helped find a way to resolve them quickly. Again, a smooth process aided by Melissa.
