I can't recommend Melissa Lodi highly enough. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable about the home-selling process, as well as the local market. She was very attentive and responsive regardless of the time of day or night. She made me feel as though I was her only client, which I know is not the case. When the time comes for me to buy or sell again, she will be my first and only choice.

Being first time homebuyers, we had so many questions. Melissa was great at answering all of them, and she made sure we were heading into our purchase with everything that we needed, and also made sure that we were getting a fair deal on our first home. She felt like a friend and took time to get to know us and I would absolutely call Melissa next time we want to move!

Melissa Lodi is an excellent realtor. She was very patient with us, as this was a very difficult decision and took a couple of years to make. I will miss dealing with Melissa so closely - she is so personable and caring it didn't feel like a business proposal, rather a friendly interaction with someone who cared about the outcome for us. This was a very difficult process for us as this was my family home for more than 50 years - Melissa was always mindful of that. Melissa was excellent at keeping us informed and answered our many questions quickly and accurately. We couldn't have asked for any better than Melissa - she is awesome at her job and is a great person too! Melissa is the BEST!

Melissa Lodi was great! She was knowledgeable, personable, professional and always was able to answer our questions or concerns in a timely fashion. She made buying our house such an easy process! We would highly recommend Melissa Lodi to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!!

She is excellent!

I met Melissa Lodi while she was running an open house as a seller's agent. The open house was well run, the house was staged perfectly, she seemed knowledgeable about the property and the area, and struck me as a motivated hard worker. I was looking for a buyers agent so I contacted her afterwards and hired her. Through the buying process, Melissa proved my assumptions were correct, and exceeded expectations as my agent. She met me for every open house, ran thorough comp checks, and thought of things that I didn't. She even was able to arrange for a viewing and meet me at the property on the first day that the listing appeared. When it came time to make an offer Melissa handled everything with the closing prices. She contacted the banks, lawyers, inspectors, chased down the paperwork, etc. All I had to do was get the right paperwork to the bank, then show up for the inspection and the closing. I highly recommend Melissa as a buyers agent if you want an effective, thorough, and painless buying process.

Melissa was friendly and supportive throughout the selling process. She did a great job putting my condo on market and ensuring the pictures were impeccable. She held an open house over the weekend and we literally found the righter buyer within a matter of a day. Her market analysis of the home was great and the home was sold at a fair price. Throughout the process she took the burden off of me and made the selling process stress free and seamless. When any concerns arose she was quick to follow up and ensured they were addressed and resolved. I can’t thank Melissa enough for all her hard work and highly recommend her as an agent!

To say that it was a pleasure to work with such an intelligent, determined, and compassionate broker is an understatement!! If it were not for Melissa Lodi's never-ending hard work and perseverance, I know I would not have made it through the process of buying a house! I understood coming in that there would be bumps in the road, however my home buying experience in particular had extenuating challenging circumstances. Melissa never once let me give up hope, or ever made me feel that this closing would not happen. She answered every question I had and kept me up to date with every change and every detail along the way. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Melissa!! From my experience with her, she is an exceptional broker in every way, and I intend to recommend her to anyone I find out is looking to buy or sell a house!!

Melissa was absolutley amazing the entire time of purchase. She was my rock and kept me going through the ups and downs of purchasing your first home. If it wasnt for her, I dont think i would have gone through with it all. Buying your first house can be overwhelming and scary, yet Melissa made it as painless as possible and i would recommend her to anyone, anytime, any where.
