Melissa was very competent and the whole process went quite smoothly. She provided services that I felt went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Melissa is very easy to work with and professional . I would recommend her very highly to anyone selling or buying a home.

Melissa's experience and knowledge were evident during our first meeting when she presented the market analysis and her thoughts on pricing and marketing my home. Throughout the entire process Melissa went above and beyond to make the sale as flawless as possible. With challenging buyers who has some significant limitations, Melissa was a saving grace and I cannot thank her enough!

Her patience, professionalism and knowledge of the local community and her strong understanding of the market was a key factor in my successful purchase. Melissa's work ethic, availability and open communication is something others should emulate. Melissa made the entire buying process simple, explaining every detail and ensuring the information required was always available and accessible. Melissa took on my purchase personally, as if she was buying the property, guiding me in the right direction to ensure in the end I would be happy. It worked. I love my house and my kids love their house.

Melissa was always accessible, I am impatient and want to know someone I listening to my concerns. She was there, she was polite and very understanding When I selected Melissa I knew this was not going to be an easy transaction, but I thought she could handle it and thankfully I was right! I wanted someone who would listen to me and at the same time have real estate knowledge where I had none, and Melissa had both qualities. She handled this tough buy with incredible professionalism, even when I was getting to the end of my rope. She did a commendable job, I would recommend her to everyone.

We thought Melissa did an outstanding job helping us find the home we were looking for. She was very patient, taking the time to show us many homes that we eventually were not interested in and never tried to push us one way or the other. She worked very hard to help find our home and then to close on it too. Most importantly, through this whole process Melissa was the only one that treated us like real people, not just a number or just another customer.

Melissa Lodi is a wonderful person/agent. She was there every time I needed her for anything. She didn't just care about the purchase of the home, she cared about myself and my family. My family and I are so happy in our new home, thanks to Melissa for making it happen. I will definitely call her next time and I will refer her to anyone in need of a realtor. Thank you so much for everything Melissa.
