This allowed us to make informed decisions regarding repairs/renovations to maximize our sale. The home stager she brought to us did a great job. Her marketing was excellent; we had multiple offers above asking price prior to our first and only open house and she was able to communicate her opinions on the pros and cons of each offer. Our buyer ran into a few issues in the process to close which eventually pushed over a month late. However, Melissa worked tirelessly to communicate with the buyers agent, appraiser, and financing company to accelerate the process, keep us informed, and make sure we were compensated for the delay.
