Melissa was so helpful. I live in ny and I needed some one i could trust

Melissa is excellent realtor from start to finish. She will not let anything slip through the cracks - she is very detailed and especially in communication to all parties involved with the sale. Melissa, is well known for selling many condos per year in my condo association (Five Towns) , therefore I wanted the best realtor with the most experience for the job. I intend to use her in my future real estate deals.

I've used Melissa in the past, and received excellent service. she went over and beyond my expectations. i was not in town and Melissa handled everything including my final walk through for me. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Melissa Vivenzio is very honest, hard working, knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended her to friends and family and I will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of a fantastic realtor.

Melissa Thanks for everything you went above and beyond ✌️ Mike L.

Melissa went over and beyond in the sale of my condo. i highly recommend her to anyone. i will be using her for my next property. I live in New York, so Melissa took care of every aspect of my sale. She is very professional and a true warrior doing everything needed to complete my sale. i couldn't be more grateful and happier.

Melissa Vivenzio is a top notch realtor, who is devoted to her business and her clients and will go out of her way to accommodate, as well.

Melissa promotes the property she is selling as it were hers , she does open houses every week until sold! She made a stressful time for us into a fun time! Her sense of humor and dedication to her sales is above and beyond what one would expect! The wife and I have bought and sold many properties but this was the smoothest transaction of all and we owe that to a dedicated and knowledgeable agent! We can’t thank her enough.
