Century 21 has been sent two previous glowing surveys on Melissa's performance. In our opinion she is the best.

Melissa Vivenzio has helped me and my family and friends with their real estate transactions. I have confidence and trust in her. She is honest, hard working, very knowledgeable and helpful. Melissa Vivenzio is the most outstanding agent. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. She’s an amazing agent and a wonderful person. Melissa has been very helpful through the whole process of the purchase of my condo.

We have used Melissa a couple of times and truly love working with her. We are planning on purchasing another condo and she will be the only broker that we will use.

Melissa was a wonderful broker that we always love to deal with.

What impressed me even more is that I was immediately aware that she is an extremely intelligent human with an exceptional memory. Hardworking to the core.

Melissa contacted me when I was selling by owner and assured me she could sell property. Melissa was diligent until covid came them all effort seemed to stop. She did find a buyer after covid which was amazing and a surprise. Very professional and experienced expedited the sale. Great sales person all around

Melissa went above and beyond like no other realtor that I have ever had an experience with. She is caring considerate and very attentive to the needs of others.
