I could not have been any happier with Melissa Vivenzio. She really went above and beyond to sell my condo in a bad market. It really was not about the money for her. She truly cared about me after the loss of my mom and not just about selling the condo. She will never understand how much that ment to me during that time. Melissa really knows her market and the area. I will 100% use her again. She is just a very wonderful person to work with. She never seemed like I was bothering her when I would ask alot of questions. She always answered me right away. Anyone that uses Melissa will be very happy, just like I was.

Melissa is the best realtor around, hands down!!! From the very first conversation we had about me wanting to buy a house she made sure to send me some options of what we kind of had in mind.
