Meredith is a very friendly and nice personality. We come from Europe, where everything is a bit different, but Meredith has always answered our questions and concerns informing and explicable. She was at all times, even on weekends. She has always informed us from beginning to end of the state of things. Their knowledge of New Bern and the adjacent neighborhoods were very helpful.
